I can barely believe that this really happened even though it just did, but . . . I actually woke up early on a Monday morning and did a load of laundry? And now that it's over, I still have about three hours until my first alarm?
While the end of a weekend is obviously bittersweet at best, this one is less painful than normal. Partly because I'm excited about the prospect of a whole work week with almost zero need to go to the grocery store. But also, I have MULTIPLE PAKIDGES, which as of this writing are scheduled to arrive between tonight and Wednesday. And then, of course, there is the delightful possibility of Prime Days, which I have been looking forward to for a while. Plus, you know, I had almost forgotten what it even feels like to have a phone that charges like it's no big deal and doesn't need to charge all the time!
I currently have 22 things checked out from the library (only three away from the limit!), but I'll be returning four as soon as I get to work and have a minute to cross the street. Returning is always good, but especially right now, because I have three holds that will expire if I don't check them out today.
Even though I just picked up a 24-pack of Doorables, even though I have four more sets on the way . . . I am also tempted to spend $24 on 12 random LPS. I haven't bought LPS in at least a year, and I love them so dang much, but with all the money I spent on toys yesterday I probably shouldn't spent any more until I clock out on Friday evening.
