Fuck You, Customer Service

I know it is not new information that Amazon “Customer Service” fucking sucks, but today the website will not let me stay logged in. Or, like, I *can* log in, but then it immediately logs me out again. Frustrating! And trying to contact Customer Service to say “Hey, please STOP DOING THIS” makes it even more frustrating. 

Once I did finally manage to open up a chat box with a virtual agent, they broke my brain by saying “I have checked the details for you” AND THEN asking, “What issue are you facing when you log in?” Like, seriously, WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK ARE WE EVEN FUCKING DOING HERE?

Fortunately, I did find a solution by myself: Downloaded the app, which unlike the website will actually let me log in and stay that way. What a concept. 

The best advice I could get from the useless agent I talked to was, “Wait 24 hours.”

Why is everyone so goddamn fucking stupid???
