Toys and Stuff

ryanreactsBig yay: after leaving it in the box for a few days, today I assembled my new snap shelf! Right now it's holding random stuff, but when the six organizer baskets I have ordered arrive, I'm going to stand them on their side and turn them into display rooms for mostly my Dream Besties, but also other dolls, action figures, and some tiny toys. The bottom shelf will probably be storage for toys I haven't opened yet.
Eventually I definitely need to get some wall-mounted shelves so I can store toys over the second bed, over my bed, possibly above the window, etc . . .
It isn't a priority purchase at the moment, but a storage cart like this would be really good for LEGOs!
Other than Bianca Barclay and one four-pack of S2 Marvel Doorables (I got Mysterio, Falcon, Mantis, and Wong) I haven't been buying anything fun lately, and I would like to continue this for a while --- except, I did order a whole case of S1 Marvel Doorables for like $140! That's right, TWELVE four-packs in their display case from the store! I AM SO EXCITED!!! If I can find a case like this for S2 I will order it as well. Probably sooner than later! I do love S1, but so far all of the X-Men are in S2.

After posting this entry, I think I will probably watch something and build my knockoff LEGO flowers.
I'm in for the night, but at some point tomorrow I need to buy wine (and while I'm there, a few snacks).
The other day I did finish the Trini book, which I kind of want to read again right away even though I will want to read it again shortly before the second book is released in a few months. Trini is one of my favorite fictional characters ever, so it still blows my mind that someone actually published a novel narrated from her perspective as recently as last year.
One movie marathon I have been considering a lot lately is: Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty. Last night I did watch most of Snow White, and finish watching it earlier, so perhaps I'll start Cinderella now?
I shall resist the urge to spend money, but of course Disney movies do always make me want toys.
Speaking of toys, here are a few that I might purchase right now if I wasn't trying to avoid them so I can save money:
1. at least three more Boyfriend Kens
2. President Barbie from Barbie The Movie The Film
3. some furniture for my Dream Besties
4. at least one Sailor Moon . . . figure? doll?
5. all five Slumber Party Bratz
6. oh yeah: another Mean Girls Bratz! (I still haven't finished taking Janis out of the box)
7. ACTION FIGURES: the rest of the Bloodstorm BAF line, Power Rangers (not just Mighty Morphin), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Marvel, DC, Transformers, FiguArts Captain Marvel & Black Widow, FiguArts Sailor Jupiter . . .
8. obviously I am not allowed to spend more money on them until the case I ordered arrives, but GODDAMMIT I WANT MORE MARVEL DOORABLES
9. other Doorables are cute too, of course; I am especially fond of the In Full Bloom ones
10. more potions kits
11. small squishy toys (I currently have a three-pack of these in my cart)
