Room Rambling
Apr. 28th, 2026 10:33 amClearly they are not high priority, but a few rugs really would be nice. Mainly a runner rug in the tiny almost-a-hallway between the front door and the main room, but I would also love a small bedside rug. Maybe even a bigger area rug for the middle of the room? Maybe even a small rug for the extra shoes that live under the dresser?
I am waiting for the Buffy one I ordered to arrive, but of course I can think of many many many posters I want to get.
I know I keep saying it (because I still have not ordered any), but I really do need some small simple wall-mounted shelves! At minimum, I will need two or three just to display the five Funko Pops I currently have and the five to ten more I might buy someday (and obviously, tiny toys can live on top of the Funko Pops).
As silly as it sounds, I don't know, maybe I should buy a second laundry bag just for towels?
I have ordered a set of bed risers, and I hope I like them a lot. If so, my main goal is to store both of my suitcases under the second bed. But I could also slide some comics under there (in long boxes), eventually, when I'm not reading them.
I'm not sure at all, but might want to move my five-tier snap shelf. If nothing else, I think it would make sense to move it away from the wall so that I can (slowly, carefully) slide the dresser and then the wardrobe over until the dresser is only a few feet away from the AC.
Then, hmmm, I guess I would put the display shelf between the wardrobe and the random table, with several inches of space between it and the random table . . .
