Planning

I might be repeating myself here, but oh well!

The purchasing portion of Project: Mermaid Bathroom is approximately seventy percent complete. I still need to order the tension rod corner shelf, toilet wand kit, and cuter trash can plus bags --- but other than those few things, all that's left to do is wait for everything to arrive and then set it up!

I'm also gonna get a fancy mop, which is not specific to the bathroom. Although, since it has multiple detachable heads, I will keep one of them confined to the bathroom.

At some point I will finally buy some rugs: mainly a runner rug for the almost-hallway and a smaller one to go near/under my bed.

My plan for the mini fridge is to get a wheely rack with adjustable shelves. This rack will also have space for a microwave, one shelf for other kitchen stuff, and a few inches of random storage between the bottom shelf and the floor.
(When the rack arrives I won't need to keep the fridge on the random table anymore, so it could stay where it is to become a teevee stand someday, or I could move it between the window wall and the circle chair and use it to store books or toys.)
And then, to complete my not-kitchen, I'll also get a storage cart with a small tabletop.

As for the current "kitchen desk," well, I could either keep it where it is now but mainly use it as a space for eating, OR maybe I could move it over by the writing desk and combine them.

Speaking of the writing desk, I haven't actually used it for writing very much! What I usually do instead (such as right now) is sit in the circle chair, with my legs up on the other chair's spinny bench.
But eventually I will get some pegboards so that the writing desk will have lots of small spaces to display toys.
And if I am actually gonna write in the writing desk, I will probably want a gaming chair.

I am not even going to start getting serious about the planning of it yet, but eventually I do really want to turn my second bed into a couch.

And for the random wall, my plan is to slide the dresser an inch or two closer to the AC --- so, once everything is purchased and installed, it will go AC, dresser, wardrobe, slim sturdy bookshelf, snap shelf full of comic book long boxes and some toys, another slim sturdy bookshelf (?), kitchen wheely rack, and then some sort of bookshelf cube teevee stand thing.

I probably want to replace my nightstand eventually, but I will still have to keep my current one in the room, so there are a few places it could go instead of right next to my bed.

Other than that, my only other room plans are at least one rotating organizer for the bathroom counter and some sort of dresser slash hanging rack slash shoe rack thing for the closet.

And then, whenever ALL of the furniture is finally done, my brain will be able to stop worrying about how to make my room better, and I won't need to spend money on anyfuckingthing other than food or restocks or work essentials, so I'll be able to just leisurely collect comics & books & toys.

It is going to take several more months, but I can totally do all of this! !!! !!! !!! !
